SonomaWORKS Housing Support Program (HSP): 565-5500.  For families who are homeless & have at least one family member receiving SonomaWORKS benefits in Sonoma County. Helps SonomaWORKS families secure, move into & retain a permanent home, while providing the wrap-around support needed for success. May include partnerships with landlords, move-in assistance, deposits, temporary rental subsidies, financial counseling, credit repair, retention & intensive case management.
