Sonoma County Task Force for the Homeless: 575-4494. Holds public General Meetings from 9:30am to 11am the first Monday of every month. They  are held at the First United Methodist Church, 1551 Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa (map), in the McMullin Room.

We report on Programs, Committees & Activities related to homelessness throughout the county, Advocacy Issues, Community Education, and offer a presentation/discussion on a topic relevant to homelessness. Participants may offer brief announcements and suggest items for discussion. Everyone is welcome. Call or email us for more information or to receive notices about future meetings.

Homeless Action!: 742-3733. A grassroots advocacy organization involving people both with and without homes. Believes housing is a human right.  Works toward adequate shelter, food, sanitation & legal rights for everyone. Meets the 2nd & 4th Monday, 9:30-11 am, First United Methodist Church, McMullin Rm, 1551 Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa (map). Call to confirm.

Sonoma County Continuum of Care: 565-1977. michael.gause@sonoma-county.org Involves local government, service providers & activists approaching homelessness with a “collective impact” focus, to generate funds & collaborative strategies to reduce homelessness & address the needs of homeless people.  Meets Quarterly at the Community Development Commission, 1440 Guerneville Rd.
