Sonoma Co. Homeless Resource Guide

Soup-bkgrd2The 2016-17 Sonoma County Homeless Resource Guide is  available online (see links below) and as a pocket-sized edition. Listings include free and low cost services to help people struggling with homelessness to find shelter, food, health care, financial assistance, permanent housing, employment, disability services, and more.

The 2016-17 Pocket edition of the Sonoma County Homeless Resource Guide is being printed and will be available by the end of August. You can download the latest PDF of the 2016-17 Pocket edition by clicking here.  Or click here for the Spanish edition.

The 2015-16 Homeless Resource Pocket Guide: We are out of the English Guides at this time, but we do have some copies in Spanish. Organizations serving  homeless people can request copies by calling 575-4494 or emailing us at sctfhmls@pacbell.net. We are unable to ship quantities of the Pocket Guides due to the lack of funding to cover the cost. Please pick them up at our office by contacting us in advance.
